During the Corona lockdown, a restaurateur and two liqueur producers got together and quickly created a new liqueur. The result is Gin.Bee - a Swiss gin liqueur with honey, basil and lemon.
The history of the origin of Gin.Bee, like so many products that were created at that time, is linked to the global corona crisis. The project by Karin Stoll, Robin Schmanau and Patrick Stauffacher was initiated during the nationwide lockdown. After months of development, the time had come: The first bottles of Gin.Bee, which impresses with clear notes of honey, basil and lemon, were filled!
The initiators of the project are by no means unknown. Karin Stoll has proven herself to be a successful restaurateur in Schaffhausen for years and runs BAR No13 and THE_KE. In recent years, Robin Schmanau and Patrick Stauffacher have created liqueurs such as Dr. Ginger or Hibille can record international successes.
The signature cocktail with Gin.Bee is as refreshing as it is simple: simply pour 6cl of Gin.Bee with mineral water! It can also be drunk ice-cold as a shot and can also be served as a bee mule or spritz.
