The finely tuned combination of real vanilla, fresh apple and sparkling lemon with a little hibiscus results in the unique taste experience of "Hibille", a unique and award-winning Swiss liqueur.
The creative team led by Patrick Stauffacher, Blerton Gashi and Robin Schmanau was looking for something new for the rather sluggish, contemplative aperitif range and therefore created the innovative "Hibille" after months of detailed work. As with all of its products, the team relied fully on natural taste and sustainable cultivation of the ingredients. That's why the hibiscus-vanilla liqueur is made by hand with no artificial flavorings, with the finest ingredients, and with great attention to detail.
The blossoms of the hibiscus, to which the liqueur owes its eye-catching color, are added in a special process during the gentle production process, allowing their aromas and coloring to develop over a period of ten days. The fruity-floral taste with a light note of vanilla is convincing.
The bright red "Hibille" is available in simple, cylindrical, clear glass bottles with screw caps and 700 or now also 350 milliliters.
With its 25 percent alcohol by volume, "Hibille" is ideal as an aperitif with Prosecco or champagne, but is also perfect for preparing exclusive cocktails. Also with Gin and Tonic poured on, it offers a new taste experience.
